attention st. croix farmers!

You are specially invited to join us for a Farmers “conversation” to explore issues related to agriculture on St. Croix.

The Virgin Islands Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (VI-EPSCoR), a program hosted at the University of the Virgin Islands, in partnership with Virgin Islands Good Foods Coalition, invite our Farmers to come together to engage in this important dialogue.

In the true spirit of partnership and collaboration within the community, we will host a series of meetings to explore issues, solutions, and potential relationships to assess and further improve our St. Croix agricultural business structure and functioning.

The meeting will also examine challenges, and opportunities for the sustainability of St. Croix’s agribusiness, and will inform the development of specific partnerships, and projects to address these challenges and opportunities. More importantly, this will re-affirm that we are all invested in the success and the long-term sustainability of our agriculture industry.

Meeting date options:
Monday, April 8, 2019 or
Thursday, April 11, 2019
5:30 – 8:00 PM

Together we will examine, explore and define the local network of relationships, policies, needs, missions, systems and environmental change strategies to identify areas of improvement. We want to hear what you have to say on these issues.

Refreshments will be provided.
